Deadly Chaps Press is a Brooklyn based Independent Publisher of chapbooks, full-length collections, and literary journals.

Our literary journal, Short, Fast, and Deadly (SF&D) is published semi-annually. It accepts:

• Poetry in 50 words or less
• Prose in 250 words or less
• Word Art including Asemic art
• Feature Sections including 6 pages of work, author photo, and author interview (for past contributors only or by invitation)
  

At this time we are unable to offer payment or print copies to contributors. However, a free PDF will be emailed to every contributor and the work will always be available to view for free online. Additionally, contributors to Short, Fast, and Deadly (SF&D) are entitled to purchase books from the ENTIRE Deadly Chaps Press catalog at the author discount!

Deadly Chaps Press publishes 4-8 books a year including chapbooks and full-length collections of Prose, Poetry, and Art. We are a paying press. See the manuscript submission link below for more details.
